Terms And conditions

1. Definitions

  • “Company” refers to Hygiene Disposables.

  • “Customer” refers to any individual, business, or entity purchasing products or services from the Company.

  • “Products” means all goods supplied by the Company, including but not limited to disposable hygiene products, cleaning materials, and related items.

  • “Agreement” refers to these Terms & Conditions.


2. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by the Company.

  • Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of VAT (if applicable).

  • Full payment is required before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if payment is not received.


3. Delivery & Risk

  • Delivery dates are estimates only; the Company is not liable for delays outside its control.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer upon delivery or collection.

  • Delivery costs are borne by the Customer unless otherwise agreed.


4. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided products are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Customised or special-order products are non-returnable.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 working days after the Company has inspected and approved the returned items.


5. Warranties & Liability

  • The Company warrants that products supplied are free from material defects at the time of delivery.

  • The Company is not liable for damages or injuries resulting from misuse, mishandling, or improper storage of products.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the products in question.


6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Company’s website, catalogues, and marketing material (including logos, product descriptions, and images) is the property of the Company and may not be used without prior written consent.


7. Privacy & Data Protection

  • The Company complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

  • Personal data collected will only be used for order processing, account management, and communication with the Customer.

  • The Company will not sell or share personal information with third parties unless required by law.


8. Force Majeure

  • The Company will not be held liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, or supply chain disruptions.


9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.


10. Amendments

  • The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • Customers are encouraged to review the Terms & Conditions periodically for changes.
